Responsible Gaming

Keep it fun, play responsibly
We care about our players and want to ensure that our customers have safe and positive gaming experience.
Play responsibly
Maintaining control over your gambling activities is important. Always keep them enjoyable and safe. We strive to provide a safe gambling environment. Responsible gambling means understanding that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape personal problems. The risks of gambling arise when it starts impacting your life negatively. To avoid this, staying informed, setting limits, and making smart decisions is key.
Self-assessment
If you’re worried about a gambling problem, take the Gambling Self-Assessment Quiz. Take this short anonymous GamCare quiz to find out how your gambling habits measure up: Self Assessment Tool
Time Out
This tool allows you to take a short break. We let you choose how long you would like to suspend access to your account for- between 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During your selected period no deposits or gameplay will be allowed. You will be able to make a withdrawal of your unused real-money balance. Your account will automatically reopen once the chosen period expires.
Deposit Limits
We recommended to have a budget and stick to it. Deposit limits are a great way to ensure you don't spend more than you want to. You can input how much you spend in a daily, weekly, or monthly period - you decide. If you increase the amount, it will take effect after 24 hours. Decrease takes immediate effect.
Reality check
This useful timer allows you to set up on-screen alerts to monitor how long you are spending gambling. You can choose how often you see an alert-every 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2,3,4 hours. Once you receive the alert, you can choose to continue playing, check your transactions to stay on top of your spending or simply log out.
Self-exclusion
This tool allows you to take a longer break. You can opt to self-exclude for 6 months, 12 months or permanently. This means you will be locked out from playing and no deposits or gameplay will be allowed. If you decide to resume gambling after temporary exclusion lapses, you can contact us and complete a call to make sure you’re safe to do so.

Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
